We grow our heritage hogs on the green pastures and hills of the Chivas Ranch, where they thrive on fresh air and plenty of sunshine. We take great care in raising our animals like family, so that you can experience the difference in taste when you bite into one of our tender pork chops or juicy ham steaks.
Our heritage hogs are known for their flavor and texture. They have a higher fat content than most commercial breeds, which means more flavor and juiciness in every bite. Their meat is also lower in cholesterol than other breeds, making it a healthier option for your family.

Jason and Chanel both came from deep roots in agriculture. His family owned land in Nebraska, while hers had farmed an expansive plot in Puerto Rico for generations.
