We sell a brace of hocks together, but they rarely last long. In the South, hocks are loved for their ability to add meat and flavor to slow-cooked greens or beans. Our hocks are brined, smoked and ready to cook — simply simmer in seasoned liquid until tender, 4–6 hours. One pair is perfect for 4+ servings of soup or stew.
